Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

I have not received an order confirmation email.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend the confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International delivery times vary by region. See our full Shipping Information page for details.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

No. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Do you ship to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or US islands?

Yes, but these areas may incur a small surcharge (typically 5-15 GBP) due to carrier remote-area fees. We will contact you before dispatching if a surcharge applies. See Shipping Information for the full list.

My order shows as delivered but I have not received it.

Please check with neighbours and any safe places around your property. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

Can I return an item after 7 days?

Requests after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return cost.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?

Most MRS Studios garments follow standard Asian sizing with a relaxed, contemporary fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Important: Coats and outerwear are cut in European proportions and run one size larger than our other categories. If you normally wear M in our tops, consider S in coats.
Where can I find the size chart?

A general size guide is available on our Size Guide page. Each product page also includes a detailed size chart in the product images with exact garment measurements for that specific item.

I am unsure about my size. Can you help?

Of course. Contact us with your measurements (bust, waist, hip in cm) and the item you are interested in. We will recommend the best size for you.

Products & Care

Are your products authentic?

All MRS Studios products are designed and sourced by our team. We work directly with premium fabric mills and manufacturers to ensure the highest quality. Every garment is an MRS Studios original.

The colour on screen looks different from the photos I have seen elsewhere.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device. We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. If you have specific colour concerns, please contact us and we can provide additional photos or descriptions.

How should I care for cashmere and wool items?

We recommend professional dry cleaning for cashmere, wool, and suede garments. For knitwear, hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent is also suitable. Always lay flat to dry and store folded, never on a hanger. Detailed care instructions are included on each product page and garment label.

How should I care for leather and suede items?

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Store in a breathable dust bag (included with purchase). For cleaning, use a professional leather care service. Do not use household cleaners or water.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked. For specific restock enquiries, contact us and we will let you know if a restock is planned. You can also sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Occasionally. Subscribe to our newsletter for early access to seasonal promotions and exclusive offers.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Our prices are displayed in GBP. Your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. A small currency conversion fee may apply depending on your card provider.

Other

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are carefully packaged in our branded packaging. We do not currently offer additional gift wrapping, but we are happy to include a handwritten note upon request. Simply add a note at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

Our flagship studio is located in Tongxiang, Zhejiang, China, where our design and sourcing team is based. Our online store at mrsstudios.co.uk serves customers worldwide with international shipping.
