Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Duties (DDP)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
If a carrier or customs authority contacts you requesting additional payment, please reach out to us immediately at hello@mrsstudios.co.uk before making any payment.
Remote & Island Surcharges
Certain destinations are classified as remote areas by our shipping carriers and may incur an additional surcharge. These include but are not limited to:
- United Kingdom: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight
- United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam
If a surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatching your order. Surcharges are typically 5-15 GBP depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Delivery Attempts & Signature
For orders over 100 GBP, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your parcel is received safely. If you are not available, the carrier will typically:
- Attempt redelivery the following business day
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour (where permitted)
- Leave a collection notice for your nearest depot
Undelivered & Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses
We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or military (BFPO/APO/FPO) addresses. If you require delivery to a non-standard address, please contact us before placing your order.
