Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge once we have received and inspected the returned item.
How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at hello@mrsstudios.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion follow the same return policy. Gift cards and bespoke/made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
