A short-sleeve top cut from a sand-washed dry silk crepe — 76% mulberry silk woven with 24% nylon, then heat-shrunk and softly washed so the two yarns shrink at different rates and leave a fine crinkle hand. The face reads dry and crisp, the drape sits with quiet body, and the silk keeps a soft, misty lustre.

The silhouette is clean: a precise egg-shaped neckline, set-in shoulders and a lightly relaxed body that floats around the torso without clinging. Neckline, cuffs and hem are finished with a 0.2cm rolled stitch, keeping the edges flat and refined. Easier to wear and care for than 100% silk, and it travels well.
