A very high proportion of linen is re-spun with nylon, keeping the slubbed texture and open, breathable hand of pure linen while smoothing the yarn surface. The nylon takes the coarseness out against the skin and adds strength, so the knit holds its shape with wear.

Linen draws moisture in and the smooth nylon face moves it out again, which is what makes the pair feel dry rather than damp in heat. The vest is cut straight with a U neckline and ribbed neck, armhole and hem; the tee is lightly relaxed with a multi-button henley placket in double-layer rib.
